2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Minor differences may exist between product images and the actual product.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information or pricing.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by AUREX WATCH, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected product(s).

We reserve the right to:

Accept or decline an order.
Contact you to confirm your order details.
Cancel an order if the product is unavailable.
Cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect customer information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer for order confirmation before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct:

Name
Phone number
Shipping address
City

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Our estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

AUREX WATCH is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For COD orders, repeatedly refusing or rejecting confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to separate wholesale terms, including any minimum order quantity displayed on the wholesale product or collection page.

Wholesale products may have different ordering, pricing and return conditions from regular retail products.

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text, designs and other materials, is owned by or used by AUREX WATCH with appropriate rights.
